WHERE are the words “fair share” in the Constitution, Bill of Rights or the Internal Revenue Code (Title 26)?? NO WHERE is “fair share” even suggested !!

Fair Share come from or is based on.....

''From each according to his ability, to each according to his need (or needs)'' which is a slogan popularised by Karl Marx in his 1875 Critique of the Gotha Program.

The Critique of the Gotha Program is a document based on a letter by Karl Marx written in early May 1875.

The Critique is also notable for elucidating the principle of "To each according to his contribution" as the basis for a "lower phase" of communist society directly following the transition from capitalism, and "From each according to his ability, to each according to his needs" as the basis for a future "higher phase" of communism society. In describing the lower phase, he says that "the individual receives from society exactly what he gives to it." The Critique of the Gotha Program, published after his death, was one of Marx's last major writings.

It seems owlgore like the idea, also.....

Gore was speaking to Tennessee Democrats in Nashville Saturday 2 Feb 2002.

Gore said,

"We need a government that lives within its means, invests in the American people and supports tax cuts for the people who need tax cuts."

First of all … Gore isn't really talking about tax "cuts" here. He's talking about transfer payments – money being transferred from those who earned it to those who did not.

Only in America, and then only with the eager help of the leftist media, could the seizure of money from A for payment to B be called a "tax cut" when, in fact, B had no tax liability to begin with!

Having established, then, that what Gore is really talking about is simply income redistribution, we get to the magic words, "tax cuts (the seizure of property) for the people who need tax cuts (the redistribution of property)."

In other words, "to each according to their need."

It's so obvious, folks. The Democrats have appropriated the internationally recognized motto of Communism for their own use.

The wordier version would be "We take the tax money from the people who have the ability to pay and give that money to the people who need it."

The most politically honest version would be "We take the tax money from the people who have the ability to pay, and who are the least likely to vote for us, and give it to the people who aren't bright enough to earn that kind of money on their own, and who are the most likely to vote for us."


The lack of fairness in this country starts with Obama, his administration, Congress and the media and it extends out through unions to oppress small business and freedom of opportunity. No where has unfairness been so glaring and obvious as it is with the elitist attitude Obama has displayed throughout the past three years. The only thing that upsets me more than the absolute display of hypocrisy his speeches display, is the number of lazy, stupid and ill informed Americans across this great land who listened to them and think that Obama is great for what he says and that he really meant it because they refuse to think or look further. They just want to feel good and, in that regard, listening to Obama is like using cocaine......a few lines from Obama now and you feel really good for a short while… but keep it up and later you lose your house and your job.
