I prefer ''ZDNet's Where'' but it will work on Win7. If you have Vista/Win7 see ''Send To Toys 2.61 Final'' below.

''ZDNet's Where'' installs an entry in your Windows SendTo " utility. It can be used to either copy or move selected files to any folder already on your system or a folder that you have created on your computer or to a new folder created within ZDNet's Where.

Various options include automatically overwriting existing files or choosing a destination folder for the selected files. ZDNet's Where makes file maintenance tasks quick and easy.

Note: This program is hard to find on the internet if you like it you may want to save it on on a disk. This program came out in1999. I know it will work on Windows 95, 98, Window's Millennium and XP.

Add to Send To menu" and "Remove from Send To menu" allows you to personalize the Send To system menu for drives, folders, and programs.

I found it easier to manage my files in Win7 with this program, as it extends Send To menu capabilities. All users can try this application it simply extends the reach of the Send To menu.

During installation you will be prompted to add many entries to the "Send To" menu:

All of these entries can be manually removed latter but they cannot be added back once removed (you would have to run the installer again).


Here is what my ''Send To'' menu looks like.....




Now to personalize the Send To system menu for drives, folders, and programs. Find the drive, folder, file or program on your computer that you want to add to the ''Send To'' menu............ here is an example (from my computer) on how to add a drive to the ''Send To'' menu......

Click on ''My Computer'' and right on the drive you want to add....in this case a DVD-RW... the following menu will appear....


Now click on ''add to to Send to menu''.....now I can send a file to the DVD-RW so it can be burned to a CD or DVD.
