If we cannot influence our destiny then why bother … let us just "sit back and watching our lives unfold before our eyes".
According to a national telephone survey conducted by Poll Position, 43 percent of people believe that “divine intervention” is responsible for his success compared to 42 percent of people surveyed who think that God has nothing to do with Tebow winning.
I accept neither ''divine intervention is responsible'' or ''that God has nothing to do with''.
Is ''divine intervention responsible for his success'' ...yes only to the degrees it will help him to put forth his best effort according to his abilities and because he has said a pray to ask for this help.
Does God help Tebow with winning? No...would that not mean that God then helps the opposing teams with losing?
Surely God helps all members of both teams to do their best with in the limits of their abilities and sets back and enjoys the game as we
mortals do!
