I figured, since you're an obvious proponent of the Fair Tax, my subject would get yer blood to boilin'...

I've read Neil's two books on this idea and they're both great! The Fair Tax is a great idea, but the reason it'll never happen is 1. The income tax is more a political tool, and 2. Those in the ruling class don't give a dang what's fair or what's not. They wish to rule and the two things required to rule are money and power, both of which come from the Income Tax Code.
