If you are using Internet Explorer 10 and can not log in to to Hughesnet Gen 4 then read the following.............I have Firefox ver. 19 and Firefox Nightly ver. 22(64-bit) and can login. Here is Firefox.... I have Internet Explorer 10 and can not login and here is IE 10..... My OS is Win 7 Pro 64bit.

The problem is with IE 10. I just uninstall IE 10 and revert back to IE 9 and I can log in. This image is of IE9........ Note: More and more consumers are actually reporting bugs that lead to sluggish performance, so most of them are now looking for instructions to remove Internet Explorer 10 and get back to Internet Explorer 9.
So, it APPEARS not to be entirely Hughesnet fault.
