| There's not a whole lot that you could do to entice companies to hire. You can cut taxes on them and make loans available, but they're not going to hire just because they have the extra cash, besides most already have the extra cash Business doesn't need credit....business needs customers because if they do not have a customer base because demand is down, they're not going to borrow because there is no reason for them to borrow. SO the Small Business Jobs Act of 2010 is just taxpayer money......
