According to the police reports, Loughner was the victim of bullying on two occasions – once when he was *assaulted with a sharp needle and once when **he claims an ex-friend posted a mock profile of him on the internet.

I do not classify these as bullying..... * is horse play which can get you an assault charged, ** appears to be a false claim.
