Have you lost data from you computer form no apparent reason, I have.

I back up all information and documents, etc...that I can not download from the internet again and if you want to do the same than......

I recommend using Nero InCD 6.6.5.100 which is free and easy to use.

I, also, recommend using a DVD-RW if you have a large volume of data. The reason is...a dvd-rw will store 4.7gb and a cd-rw will only store 700mb.

I have two cd/dvd burners in my computer and leave the dvd-rw in one of them so that I can back up in an instant.

Need to back up..than read the following (in order 1-5)......
