Conservative talk radio host and businessman Herman Cain predicted Thursday that voters are ready to embrace a new type of presidential candidate in 2012 — the "problem-solving" outsider, which he hopes to represent this primary season.
"So many people have this misconception about the Tea Party movement," he said. "The Tea Party is a citizens movement of multiple groups. They're not going to get behind a single individual because it's not what they do. They're out there with the goal of educating people about the Constitution and our founding principles."

Herman Cain on the Intangibles and Continuity of Leadership......During this interview Mr Cain gave me his input on what he considers important in the leadership role. He starts out with an acronym for what he calls his operating principles of problem-solving; WAR:

Herman Cain's Response to NAACP Accusation of Racism by Tea Party People....My reaction to the idea of the NAACP declaring the citizen movement known as the Tea Party as racist is ridiculous. I am Black. I have spoken at over twenty rallies and conferences. I have talked directly with hundreds of tea party activists, and have received hundreds of calls from activists to my nightly radio show.

Tea Party people are patriots, who want the federal government to stop the spending, stop the legislative abuse, stop the tax increases and start adhering to the Constitution.
