I have choose a post (Found Another Spell Checker) to sent to the trash basket....bottom of image shows the location of the post before moving it to the trash basket....
Now locate "Permissions of this forum"....click on "moderate this forum"...

you should see following...put a check mark box in the topic to to be moved as see in the image.....
