"The president does not have power under the Constitution to unilaterally authorize a military attack in a situation that does not involve stopping an actual or imminent threat to the nation." - Sen. Barack Obama December 20, 2007.
Whatever we're doing in Libya presently, it is NOT to remove Quadafi...does this give the president the power under the Constitution to unilaterally authorize a military attack in the situation in Libya?
NOW THE BUSH DOCTRINE HAS BEEN ADOPTED BY OBAMA AND CONGRESS IS LEFT OUT OF THE DECISION MAKING AGAIN!!!!
Here is a couple of questions......
If al-Qaida is aiding or leading the Libyan Rebellion....does that not mean we are supporting al-Qaida?
Does this mean.....that President Obama should return his Nobel Peace Prize after he approved military strikes on Libya?
