HughesNet Download Manager

Recently, I got a new computer with Win7 Pro x64 and could not get hughes download manager to work on it! gaah
Went looking for an answer why??? scratch head

Here is what I found.....
What Operating Systems will the Download Manager work with?
The Download Manager will work with Windows XP (SP3), Windows Vista (32 bit), and Windows 7 (32 bit).... http://home.myhughesnet.com/services.php

The main reason I liked using hughes download manager is it would resume an interpreted download instead of downloading the whole download again. That is if the site supports “resume”, which most sites do.

Hughes download manage is a version of Free Download Manager. The Free Download Manager will work on a 64 bit windows OS. It can be download from.....

http://www.freedownloadmanager.org/download.htm

but the Free Download Manager will not work with the IE 8/9 x64 (64 bit) nor will it work with Firefox Nightly (which is 64bit).

You will have to use IE 8/9 x86 (32 bit) and Firefox (which is 32 bit) with Free Download Manager.

I also found that Nightly(64 bit) and Firefox(32 bit) will not co-habitat on the same computer. oh crap So, I decided to look into the problem......Found solution and now I can use either Firefox or Nightly with a click on the icon of Firefox or Nightly...... The solution is here....
