Giving the dog a bath outside..in the summer only, of course... can be a chilling experience for the dog and the bath giver! That is if you are using a hose attached to an outside faucet and you get your water from a well. Our water temperate..measures 60 degrees F.! Wonder what the temperate of a utilities water system is?? Bet it is not much warmer!

What I did was to put a cut-off value on the cold water line feeding the outside faucets....one that can adjust the volume of water from zero-full. I added a water line from the hot water to the line feeding the outside faucets....with an adjustable cut-off value. Now, I can adjust the water temperature to all out outside faucets.

Works great for washing your vehicles...you can get them much cleaner with warm water!!!!
