DOES ANYONE READ ANYMORE?

President Obama has worked fervently to 'Centralize' our government. It means taking the POWER from [We the People] and from the STATES and 'Centralizing' the power in Washington D.C.

Now he is NATIONALIZING OUR WEALTH. Our government is going to monitor what every citizen does with their money. Whoever controls the purse strings controls absolutely.

Our government was set up to have the POWER reside with the States and with the People. He is grabbing, wresting, seizing, and claiming the power for the Executive Branch. President Obama has done the very same to our 535 members of Congress. “No, Mr. President, our Constitution does not give you this much power. Your actions will turn us into a European Socialist country with a ruler.

Our government established Amendment IV - The right of the People to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures shall not be violated...

Furthermore, the Health Care Bill is supposedly allowed from the Commerce Clause. The Commerce Clause is to prevent states from establishing laws and regulations that would interfere with trade and commerce {among the States} the Constitution expressly delegated to the national government the power to regulate “interstate commerce.” Article I, Section 8. This clause has had a great impact on business than any other provision in the Constitution.

However, my health is NOT a commodity or service that I can sell to someone else! The Health Care bill does NOT ALLOW interstate commerce; so it negates any power over me, the individual.

That means they are FORCING people to purchase something against their will, but NOT ALL people. The Amish people and the Muslim people will NOT be FORCED to purchase HEALTH CARE. This Health Care Bill that Congress passed AGAINST the Majority of American Citizens is unjust! It is biased and prejudiced against certain classes of people. It is trying to say my health is a commodity that can be bought or sold.

But this administration will NOT uphold The Constitution which is the SUPREME LAW in this country. When a President negates the U.S. Constitution, he is governing like a KING! Why are the other two branches of Government not checking the BALANCE OF POWER of President Obama?
Because they are in control of the Socialcrats.
