It is governed by the French Kiss... Hopefully not the kiss of death... rolling on floor

It is based on free forum hosting site and yes there is support by many people from MANY countries!

We, believe it to be good choice...since no one can or wants to pay for hosting a site and because.. it is free for you and I to post our comments and opinions!

Now I have a question...do you think that this site should have a welcoming category?????
BTW..welcome!!!

Yeah a welcoming category would be nice.
So how is the host of this site being in France make it a "free" forum?
Oh and BTW I pay for a hosting company in a place like France (Utah) and created a knox county board but didn't advertise it. It's still there...

Do not know for sure if it is based in France. Forumotion.com host forums for free is what is meant by free forum.
Admin is checking to see if “contravening the French laws” can be changed.

This is the answer I got from support
of Forumotion.com …..“Forumotion is a French company, hence
french laws.”

No answer to as if ..the Forum Terms of
service..could be changed. I did make a second inquiry about it! Should hear something (usually within 24 hours) soon. My guess (with my limited knowledge of
law)...is it can not!

So I added the statement below.... to
the Forum Terms of service!

The French law does apply
in so as much as to control this forum for breach of French law.

In addition, the regulations and rules
as stated here-in … The Forum Terms of service......still and do
apply and in registering you agree to these terms

I really don't like anything that the french has anything to do with.I am going to have to go back and read the agreement again.
