It appears to me that Obama is growing lukewarm about continuing in the job as President.... because the excessive flattery and admiration that he is used to is in short supply and the only thing that matters to the people around Obama, who are eager for another four years of employment, is his re-election. For the Democratic power brokers, it is maintaining their grasp on the White House.

The excessive flattery and admiration may be in short supply but his WH parties and vacations are not, so obama will urge Americans that he be allowed to stay in the White House to prevent Republican leaders, who are prisoners of the racist Right-wing-nutters from the Tea Party, from taking over the entire government.
