Good grief! You really have been jerked around by Hughesnet. I keep finding more and more horror stories about them and it makes me humble to realize my issues are minor.....so far. As was stated by someone on the Hughesnet forum....maybe it was you....."the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing". You get multiple responses to the same question, and in the end none are correct.

I have been able to get Hughes to correct most of my problems as of to date BUT not all! They NEED competition to correct their assinine attitude!  

I am at odds with their Status Meter.

I have it working correctly for me without their help but they should correct it for those who may not know how!!!

Sorry for the wrong attribute. It's quite applicable to Hughesnet, however. No one seems to be on the same page at Hughesnet.

If it applies to hughesnet then it is not wrong! Tis true....... no one is on the same page or right page @ hughesnet!
